Today, I reinstalled the Xmarks Firefox add-on. It is a very easy to use add-on that creates an easy method for syncing all of your bookmarks on all of your computers (assuming they have Firefox installed). My purpose for the add-on is to keep my laptops bookmarks in-sync with my regularly used home desktop computer. With all of my college and work being online, I am constantly adding bookmarks and since I only use my laptop a small percentage of the week, compared to my desktop, it is an annoyance to try and find and duplicate the bookmarks to my laptop. Xmark is probably the best solution out there for solving this type of problem.
UPDATE: Along with Firefox (as always), Xmarks is available for Chrome, IE, and Safari.

I have used Google Chrome as my full-time browser for at at least the last six months. Lately, as my interest in getting into web design again has peaked, so has my disappointment with Chrome. My whole issues revolves around the fact that Firefox does an awesome job at display all the resources of a web site. Also, while Chrome may have a far superior basic interface, I feel like at the moment, you cant do enough with it. Firefox on the other hand gives you access to thousands of community driven plug-ins that give the browser unlimited potential. I don’t feel like Chrome offers quite the same experience. I have been using Firefox for probably the last 3.5 years and so far it seems to be great. It was love at first site. The tabbing feature, the custom addons, the custom themes… Need I say more? I especially like Firefox 3, I think the new default theme is great! I havent changed from it yet. Oh btw I guess before you read on I’ll put the specific version of my Firefox, to leave out any confusion on if these tricks will work for you. I am using Firefox v3.0.1 (the way you check that is by going to help -> about Moz. Firefox).
